Manna Festival

The 38th edition of the Manna Festival was held in Pollina, in the province of Palermo, on Sunday, August 31, 2025, with stands open from 4:30 PM to 9:00 PM. The historic center of the Madonie village hosted tastings of sweets and specialties made with Madonie manna, a Slow Food Presidium product: biscuits, nougats, cakes, panettone, and pralines.

Throughout the village streets, demonstrations of traditional harvesting using vintage tools took place, alongside guided tours of the Manna Ethno-anthropological Museum in Piazza Duomo and folk performances with roaming music, which attracted visitors and curious onlookers to the Madonie.
