The Manerbio Jazz Festival is Manerbio's jazz festival (Province of Brescia), held at the Teatro Politeama in Piazza Bianchi. Revived by young musicians trained within the Civica Associazione Musicale S. Cecilia (the historic Manerbio Band), the event has brought back to life an initiative that for many editions, years ago, had enlivened the city.
Three international-level concerts
The festival takes place in autumn and offers three high-quality concerts, capable of attracting leading artists from the Italian and international jazz scene. Over the years, the Politeama stage has hosted absolute stars such as Stefano Di Battista, Fabrizio Bosso, Sergio Cammariere, Sandro Gibellini, Scott Hamilton, and the legendary drummer Jack DeJohnette.
