About Manerbio Jazz Festival

Revived by the enthusiasm of the young musicians of the Manerbio Band, the Manerbio Jazz Festival brings great music back to the Politeama Theatre in the autumn. Three international-level concerts animate the programme of this historic festival in the Bassa bresciana region, which over the years has hosted names like Stefano Di Battista, Fabrizio Bosso, Scott Hamilton, and Jack DeJohnette. A quality event for jazz enthusiasts.

A jazz festival in the Bassa bresciana

The Manerbio Jazz Festival is Manerbio's jazz festival (Province of Brescia), held at the Teatro Politeama in Piazza Bianchi. Revived by young musicians trained within the Civica Associazione Musicale S. Cecilia (the historic Manerbio Band), the event has brought back to life an initiative that for many editions, years ago, had enlivened the city.

Three international-level concerts

The festival takes place in autumn and offers three high-quality concerts, capable of attracting leading artists from the Italian and international jazz scene. Over the years, the Politeama stage has hosted absolute stars such as Stefano Di Battista, Fabrizio Bosso, Sergio Cammariere, Sandro Gibellini, Scott Hamilton, and the legendary drummer Jack DeJohnette.

A benchmark

Thanks to the quality of its offerings, the Manerbio Jazz Festival has established itself as a benchmark event in the musical landscape of the Bassa bresciana. The intimate setting of the Politeama Theatre offers an intimate and high-level listening experience, making Manerbio an anticipated stop for jazz lovers in Lombardy and beyond.
