The second edition of the 80 Festival was held on Friday, August 29, 2025, from 8 PM until midnight, in the historic center of Manduria. As per the formula, the widespread event activated ten musical stations simultaneously, inviting the public to move from one concert to another among the squares and alleys of the village. The heart of the evening was the Vintage Night in Piazza Garibaldi, with DJ sets by Ciro Merode, Attilio Capilli, Sabrina Morea, Franz Lenti, Lello Santoro, and David Strauss.

Among the most anticipated live acts were the Dark Entries tribute to the new wave and gothic rock of Joy Division, The Cure, Bauhaus, and Depeche Mode, Precious with their homage to Depeche Mode, and the surprise final concert by Vasconnessi, a Vasco Rossi tribute band. Numerous other bands were spread throughout the city, from the synth-pop of Ottozero to the Italian rock of Senzaspina. The evening, with free admission, also included guided tours of the historic center, confirming the event's vocation to combine music and cultural promotion.

8:00 PM – Corso XX Settembre: Ottozero (synth and rock, Toto, Simple Minds) and OttoxTre (Michael Jackson, Earth Wind & Fire, Prince). 8:30 PM – Via Roma: Senzaspina (Italian rock, Rino Gaetano, Vasco); Piazza Garibaldi: Vintage Night DJ set (Ciro Merode, Attilio Capilli, Sabrina Morea, Franz Lenti, Lello Santoro, David Strauss); guided tours. 9:00 PM – Municipal Villa: Precious (Depeche Mode tribute). 9:30 PM – Arco Sant'Angelo: Caban (electronic rock, new wave); Piazza Commestibili: Supertelegattoni (80s groove and hits); Via degli Imperiali: Purplewave (Madonna, Tina Turner, Gloria Gaynor). 10:00 PM – Largo chiesa S. Leonardo: Relax (four-guitar rock); second round of guided tours. 10:30 PM – Largo Santa Maria in Costantinopoli: Dark Entries (Joy Division, The Cure, Bauhaus). Surprise final concert: Vasconnessi (Vasco Rossi tribute).
