Edition 2025 — Cheese Festival of Sauris
The 2025 edition of the Malga Cheese and Wild Berry Festival took place during Ferragosto in Lateis, a hamlet of Sauris, with tastings of malga cheeses and wild berries from local farms.
In 2025, Lateis once again hosted the Malga Cheese and Wild Berry Festival during Ferragosto, an event dedicated to the authentic flavors of the Carnic Dolomites. Among the stands of local producers, visitors could savor cheeses produced in the Sauris pastures and wild berries, in an atmosphere of conviviality and direct contact with the territory.
