MagnAmour Autumn

From September 6 to October 26, 2025, MagnAmour Autumn brought life to the restaurants of Val di Sole and Val di Non with special menus dedicated to autumn flavors. The undisputed stars were apples and mountain cheeses, showcased in dishes that reinterpreted tradition: from canederli with mountain cheese fondue to creative apple-based recipes, as well as trout and char.

Among the participating venues in Val di Sole, in addition to Pizzeria Henry in Malé, the Osteria alla Corte dei Toldi and Agritur Anselmi in Terzolas and other restaurants across the two valleys took part. The edition concluded on the final weekend of October 25-26, in dialogue with other local autumn events such as the Cheese FestiVal di Sole, Pomaria, and Formai dal Mont.
