The Magnalonga 2025 in Celenza Valfortore

The third edition of the Magnalonga was held on April 25, 2025, starting from Piazza Malice. The trail of approximately 8 kilometres, with an elevation gain of 240 metres and an estimated duration of 2.5–3 hours, crossed the woods of the Northern Monti Dauni in the province of Foggia.

Stops and tastings

Along the route, there were three rest points, spaced about 1.5 kilometres apart, named Il Capanno, Arco dei Rossi, and Cascina Costa Santa, with tastings of typical dishes and local products. The day began with a welcome breakfast and concluded with the final lunch at the San Nicola Convent. The initiative, promoted by the Pro Loco of Celenza Valfortore, confirmed the Magnalonga as a reference point for lovers of food and wine trekking in the Monti Dauni.
