Edition 2025 — Donkey Stew Festival
In 2025, Maggio Pasianese hosted the 47th Sagra della Mussa (Donkey Stew Festival) at Parco ai Molini in Pasiano di Pordenone, with stalls dedicated to donkey specialties, the Provincial Wine Exhibition, a funfair, DJ sets, and live music evenings.
The 2025 edition confirmed the established format of the Sagra della Mussa, the 47th edition: food stalls with donkey stew and donkey ragu gnocchi, grilled meats and pizza, the Provincial Wine Exhibition, the Sottochiosco in the loggia of the old mill, a funfair, charity raffle, and a packed schedule of DJ sets and concerts that animated Parco ai Molini throughout the second half of May.
