Edition 2025 — Maggio Montaldese
The 2025 edition of Maggio Montaldese enlivened the weekend of May 16-18 in Montaldo Torinese, with a calendar built by the Pro Loco together with the Alpini and local associations. A fried fish dinner, stargazing at the Big Bench, a children's theater show, a karaoke evening, and a hike in the footsteps of Barbarossa marked three days of village festivities, concluded by the grand Alpini barbecue.
In 2025, the Maggio Montaldese took place over the weekend of May 16-18 in Montaldo Torinese, organized by the Pro Loco with the Alpini, volunteers, and local associations.
Friday, May 16
- 7:30 PM — Dinner with mixed fried fish and fresh vegetables at the Circolo Polisportivo Montaldese on Via Marentino
- 9:30 PM — Guided walk to the Big Bench for stargazing with telescopes and commentary by astronomers from Pino Torinese
Saturday, May 17
- 4:30 PM — Theater show "The Greedy Little Girl and the Wolf" by the I Girasoli Theater Company, followed by a snack
- 7:30 PM — Evening with Smash Burgers, sangria, games, and karaoke
Sunday, May 18
- 9:30 AM — "In the Footsteps of Barbarossa" excursion, a walk of about 6 km through hilly landscapes, the Barbarossa Oak, and Napoleon's Well, organized by the Xbacco Association
- 12:30 PM — Grand final barbecue hosted by the Alpini
