Madonna di Giubino Feast and Cassatella Festival

In 2025, Calatafimi-Segesta renewed its devotion to Maria SS. di Giubino with the patronal festivities on the fourth Sunday of September. The program alternated religious rites in the urban sanctuary, with a solemn Mass and the participation of civil and religious authorities, with the solemn evening procession of the statue of the Madonna and Baby Jesus through the streets of the historic center.

Alongside the devotional dimension, the week of festivities featured concerts, the parade of Sicilian carts, majorette performances, and moments of popular entertainment. The Cassatella Festival was a must, with tastings of the fried ricotta pastry typical of the Trapani area. The conclusion was entrusted, as per tradition, to fireworks.
