Madonna di Fatima Festival 2025

The 2025 edition confirmed the dual nature of the festival in the Squinzano district, in the province of Lecce. On the civil side, the "Voci e Passi di Pace" contest with journalist Elisabetta Paladini was held on May 10th; the comedy show by the group I Malfattori took place on May 11th on Via Avvocato Croce; May 12th was dedicated to the children's party, with the Enjoy play center, inflatables, and activities for Mother's Day. On May 13th, the day of the Fatima apparition, the community gathered for the holy mass presided over by the Archbishop of Lecce, Angelo Panzetta, and for the evening procession of the Madonna's statue along the streets of the district, including Via Avvocato Croce, Tarantelli, and Raffaello Sanzio. The parish, established in 2006, thus renewed its tradition of faith and community.
