Madonna delle Piane Festival

The 2025 edition of the Madonna delle Piane Festival confirmed the vitality of a centuries-old tradition in Miglianico. In the rural church along the Foro River, liturgical celebrations and the procession in honor of the Madonna were held, serving as the devotional heart of the event linked to September 8th. Alongside the religious rites, there were moments of popular celebration, from the characteristic cuccagna to food stalls with typical products from the Chieti territory. The event represented, as per tradition, the ideal conclusion to the municipality's rich summer calendar, uniting the Miglianico community in a moment of strong collective identity.
