The 2025 edition of the Madonna delle Grazie Festival took place in Centuripe on September 8th, confirming the town's strong bond with its Marian devotion. In the morning, the festivities opened with the firing of mortars and the festive sound of bells.
After the celebration of Holy Mass, the statue of the Madonna delle Grazie was carried in procession along the alleys of the historic center, accompanied by the participation of the community. The heart of the day was the Cristi infiorati, the large figures covered in petals carried on the shoulders of the brotherhoods, and the parade of carters with traditional Sicilian carts, a testament to the vitality of Centuripe's folklore.
