Madonna delle Grazie Festival

From August 3 to 5, 2025, Andrano celebrated its Madonna delle Grazie Festival, the main patronal event of the town, in the province of Lecce.

The religious program included solemn masses with the participation of confraternities and the procession of the Madonna's statue through the streets of the town, from the Mother Church to the church of Madonna dell'Attarico, accompanied by a brass band. At the end of the rites, a concert was held and puccia was distributed.

The secular part featured artistic illuminations lighting up the historic center, live music concerts with local bands and artists, and the customary final fireworks display. The Sagra te la pitta cu le ulie stalls offered pittule, horse meat stew, local cheeses, and traditional Salento sweets. Admission to all events was free.
