Edition 2025 — Madonna dell'Olio

The 2025 edition of the Madonna dell'Olio Festival took place in Blufi in mid-August, surrounding the solemnity of the Assumption. The traditional structure of the festival was confirmed: the pilgrimage from the Cristo Re parish to the sanctuary, the 'A Spartenza di l'urtima aria' performance with music and tastings of typical products, the quindicina masses, and the solemn procession of the wooden icon of the Madonna dell'Olio on the afternoon of August 15.

2025 Edition

In 2025, the Madonna dell'Olio Festival once again drew faithful and pilgrims from across Sicily to Blufi, during the days around August 15th. The established devotional and popular program was confirmed: pilgrimage on foot to the sanctuary, the rural re-enactment 'A Spartenza di l'urtima aria', tastings of quagliata, tuma, ricotta, and pane cunsato, and the procession of the wooden icon of the Madonna at the heart of the festival. An edition that reaffirmed the authentically religious character of one of the most beloved festivals in the Madonie Park.
