Edition 2025 — Madonna del Rosario

The 2025 edition of the Madonna del Rosario Festival took place in Torremaggiore from September 26 to October 13. Nearly three weeks of celebrations curated by the Arciconfraternita del Rosario, featuring a solemn novena at the Mother Church with nine preachers, the October 7th Supplica, the Gigione concert on October 11, and the grand procession on October 12 with the Madonna and the town's many Saints.

2025 Edition of the Grande Ottobrata

The 2025 Madonna del Rosario Festival in Torremaggiore began on Friday, September 26, with Mass at Sant'Anna, the procession of the Madonna del Rosario, Saint Dominic, and Saint Rose in the San Matteo district, and the welcoming of the statues into the Mother Church. From September 28 to October 6, the solemn novena was held, featuring the Rosary, Mass with preaching, and evening Compline, led by nine priests including Father Nazareno Galullo, Father Ciro Coco, and Father Leonardo Di Mauro.

On October 7th, the feast day, the Supplica to the Queen of the Holy Rosary was recited at noon. On Saturday, October 11, firecrackers, a concert by Gigione on Via Nicola Fiani, and a 'batteria alla bolognese' pyrotechnic display kicked off the popular festivities, which culminated on Sunday, October 12, with the solemn procession of the Madonna del Rosario alongside Saint Dominic, Saint Rose, Saint Michael the Archangel, and other Saints, presided over by the Bishop. On Monday, October 13, the return of the statues to the Church of Sant'Anna concluded the festival.
