Madonna del Popolo Festival – Cesano

The 2025 edition of the Madonna del Popolo Festival renewed the ancient devotion of the people of Terlizzi towards the Sanctuary of Santa Maria di Cesano, a pilgrimage destination during the days of the Marian feast of the Visitation. As is customary, the celebration took place in the setting of the medieval complex nestled in the countryside, with the Eucharistic celebration as the central moment, accompanied by the singing of the parish choir and a festive community gathering. The evening, organized by the Co-Cathedral Parish of San Michele Arcangelo with the patronage of the Municipality of Terlizzi, concluded in a spirit of conviviality, blending spirituality, tradition, and the rediscovery of one of the most evocative places in the territory.
