Edition 2025 — Madonna del Piano
From September 18 to 21, 2025, Morolo hosted a special edition of the Madonna del Piano Festival, dedicated to the 150th anniversary of an event born in 1874 as a livestock and trade fair and now listed in the Lazio Region's registry of centennial festivals.
The program alternated between the devotional dimension—rosary, holy masses, and the solemn procession in honor of the Madonna delle Grazie—and the festive side, with culinary taverns set up by volunteers, dance performances, fashion shows, and a nineties-themed musical evening. There was also plenty of space for families, with creative workshops, sports activities, hippotherapy, and clown therapy for children.
On Sunday morning, the livestock and trade fair returned, serving as the historical heart of the event, while the closing was marked by the lottery draw and the fireworks display. The organization was managed by the Madonna del Piano Committee together with the Municipality of Morolo, local businesses, and numerous volunteers.
