2025 Madonna del Paradiso Festival
From July 9 to 20, 2025, Mazara del Vallo celebrated its co-patron with the usual July cycle. The festival opened with the solemn Descent of the Madonna, during which the miraculous painting was carried in procession from the Sanctuary to the Cathedral Basilica of the Most Holy Savior, passing through Piazza Madonna del Paradiso, Corso Vittorio Veneto, Piazza De Gasperi, Corso Armando Diaz, Piazza Mokarta, and Piazza della Repubblica.
The central moment was the Coronation Festival on July 13, followed by days of solemn masses and devotional parades in the city center parishes. The celebrations concluded on July 20 with the return of the image to the Sanctuary, accompanied by a large gathering of the faithful.
