Edition 2025 — Madonna del Carmine at Sea
The 2025 edition
The Madonna del Carmine Festival 2025 in Fossacesia (Chieti), in Abruzzo, was held on July 15 and 16 along the Costa dei Trabocchi coastline, as part of the rich Bellestate summer program which featured sixty-eight events between June and September.
On July 15th, at 9:30 PM, the seafront hosted the Boomerang Music Live concert; on July 16th, at 9:30 PM, the Cristal Sound performance took place, followed at 11:30 PM by the fireworks display over the sea, set up in the waters facing the Old Station. The central moment of the festival remained the sea procession of the Madonna del Carmine statue, accompanied by the fishing community toward the Stella Maris church, testifying to an unbroken devotion.
