Madonna d'Oropa Patronal Feast

The 2025 Madonna d'Oropa Patronal Feast enlivened San Carlo Canavese (TO) from August 30 to September 2, confirming its role as the town's main summer event. On Saturday, August 30, the festival opened with a nature walk with an aperitif to discover the Vaude Park. On Sunday, August 31, the most heartfelt moment took place: the solemn mass with a procession in honor of the Madonna d'Oropa, accompanied by the San Carlo Canavese Philharmonic. The program also featured photography and painting exhibitions, an astronomical observation point, activities for children with the Ludobus, tug-of-war, and archery demonstrations, in addition to gastronomic evenings and Occitan dances. The event, organized by the 'Li Bogianen a Bogio' Pro Loco with the patronage of the Municipality, concluded with the traditional fireworks display.
