Madonie Autumn Flavours Festival

The 17th edition of the Madonie Autumn Flavours Festival took place in Petralia Sottana from Friday 24 to Sunday 26 October 2025. The opening of the stalls along Corso Paolo Agliata kicked off three days dedicated to the flavours and traditions of the Madonie.

Highlights included entertainment with Calogero Migliore in Piazza della Vittoria, the "Sguazzacannati 10 years later" show and the DJ set in Piazza Umberto I, a cooking show with chef Simone Scelfo, dance performances, a concert by the Giampiero Amato Sicilian Family, and the street performances by "I Cugini della Serenata". There was also space for hikes along the Sentiero Italia and at the Madonie Adventure Park, craft workshops, a vintage car and motorbike rally, and free tastings of fresh ricotta and specialities from the twin town of Trinità (CN).

During the festival, the historic centre, churches, and the Antonio Collisani Civic Museum remained open, with a shuttle service and a camper area in the Sant'Elia district. The event was promoted by the "Antonio Pepe" Natural Shopping Centre Consortium together with the Municipality of Petralia Sottana.
