Maccheroni Festival

The 2025 Maccheroni Festival in Sant'Angelo di Brolo was held on Friday, August 1st, in the picturesque Contrada Santa Maria Lo Piano, in the heart of the Nebrodi. Food stalls opened in the late afternoon, from 6:30 PM, kicking off a long evening of celebration.

The signature dish was handmade maccheroni, tossed in a savory Nebrodi black pork sauce and paired with a glass of local wine. Alongside the traditional pasta, the stalls offered cured meats, cheeses, artisanal sweets, and regional wines.

The evening, hosted by the Falchi d'Italia association, featured live folk music, traditional dances, and entertainment for all ages, confirming the Maccheroni Festival as one of the most beloved community events of the summer in Sant'Angelo di Brolo.
