2025 Edition
The 2025 edition of the Maccheroni Festival in Santa Lucia del Mela was divided into two distinct evenings within the rich 'Vivi Santa Lucia del Mela' summer calendar.
The first event, titled 'Food and Music – Maccheroni Festival', took place on July 15, 2025, in Piazza Margherita, the heart of the historic center, combining the tasting of maccheroni al sugo with live music and entertainment.
The second, 'La Forchetta del Castello – Maccheroni Festival', was held on August 23, 2025, in Contrada San Nicola, bringing the local culinary tradition to the village's rural districts. Both evenings, which offered free admission, confirmed the community's strong bond with its signature dish.
