Edition 2025 — Lune d'Oriente
The third edition of Lune d'Oriente was held in the summer of 2025 with three evening appointments: July 10, August 10 (meeting at 8:30 PM), and September 7 (meeting at 7:30 PM). Each walk, lasting about two hours, departed from Piazzale Falcone Borsellino to cross the alleys, stairways, and panoramic viewpoints of the Cartidduni district, with a final stop at the Convent of Sant'Anna and San Calogero, where visitors admired the 17th-century wooden crucifix and the restored mummies.
Between art, history, music, and tastings of typical Modican products offered by sponsors, the event confirmed its success by attracting about a thousand participants in total and strengthening the bond between heritage enhancement and the identity of the eastern district.
