Edition 2025 — Schiacciata with Olive Oil Festival

The tenth edition of the Schiacciata with Olive Oil Festival was held in Lucolena, a hamlet of Greve in Chianti, on Saturday, June 14 and Sunday, June 15, 2025, with stands open from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM. The Tuscan schiacciata, plain or filled with gourmet options, was baked on the spot and served for lunch and dinner, accompanied by an artisan market and the 'Svuota la Soffitta' flea market along the village streets.

In June 2025, the village of Lucolena, in the Municipality of Greve in Chianti, celebrated the tenth edition of the Schiacciata with Olive Oil Festival, promoted by the Pro Loco of Lucolena with the patronage of the Municipality. The event, scheduled for Saturday, June 14 and Sunday, June 15, featured food stands open from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

The star was the Tuscan schiacciata, served plain or filled, with some more sophisticated gourmet proposals, always kneaded and baked on-site. The village streets hosted the artisan market and the Svuota la Soffitta flea market, with entertainment and games completing the two days of celebration in the heart of the Florentine Chianti.
