Edition 2025 — Luci sul Cammino

In the summer of 2025, Luci sul Cammino confirmed its night walk format along the country paths of Bitetto, in the province of Bari. Organized by the Bitetto Runners ASD, the event featured the loop through the olive groves and trails of the Via Peuceta of the Cammino Materano, without stopwatches or rankings, with torches and lanterns lighting the way and a final social moment to close the evening.

Also in 2025, the Bitetto Runners ASD renewed the appointment with Luci sul Cammino, the night walk that accompanies participants of all ages along the country roads of Bitetto, in Puglia. The event maintained the inclusive spirit of previous editions: a route of a few kilometers through the olive groves and trails near the Via Peuceta of the Cammino Materano, to be walked together at dusk.

True to its philosophy, the event dispensed with stopwatches and rankings to prioritize the dimension of sharing: the walk concluded with the usual social moment and final refreshments, an opportunity to savor local products and discuss the route just completed. A piece of the Bitetto summer tradition that served as a prelude to the 2026 Frantoio Edition.
