Edition 2025 โ Luci e Suoni d'Artista
The ninth edition of Luci e Suoni d'Artista, titled 'La mostra diffusa', kicked off on December 7, 2024, and, due to great public success, was extended until January 19, 2025.
The works produced over nine years of workshops - nearly 360 light sculptures - were distributed along an itinerary that crossed the historic center from Piazza Matteotti, touching Piazza Menotti Garibaldi, Piazza Bovio, Piazza Dante, Largo Cattedrale, and the streets of Via De Gasperi, Via Veneto, and Via Cattedrale, to gather the stories of this long journey into a single narrative.
The lighting ceremony on December 7 was accompanied by an aerial and acrobatic dance performance by local artist Nico Gattullo, with performances by Carolina Bubbico, the Magna Grecia Orchestra, the Banda Talos Cittร di Ruvo di Puglia, and the Human Percussion Ensemble. During the Christmas period, the Pro Loco offered guided tours of the city's monuments, including the Jatta Museum, the Aragonese Tower, Palazzo Spada, and Underground Ruvo. The project, under the artistic direction of Vittorio Palumbo, was co-financed by the Municipality of Ruvo di Puglia and the Puglia Region.
