'Luce del Mondo' Living Nativity

The 2025 Edition

The appointment with the 'Luce del Mondo' Living Nativity was renewed on Sunday, December 29, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, in Piazza Orsini del Balzo, in the heart of the historic center of Mesagne. Organized by the 'Da Orra ad Oria' association with the patronage of the Municipality, the event saw the collaboration of 'Meghy Costumes D'Epoque' and the Gruppo Storico Città di Mesagne for the care of costumes and settings.

Visitors were able to walk through the life-sized Nativity scenes, among shepherds, traditional crafts, and the Holy Family, in an atmosphere made evocative by the evening lights of the old town. On the same day, the 'I Presepi nel cuore' exhibition-competition began, with artisanal nativity scenes displayed in the streets of the historic center until January 6, while the Mesagne Christmas continued with markets, an ice rink, and a Christmas train.
