Edition 2025 — Löwenzahnwochen

The 2025 edition of the Löwenzahnwochen am Deutschnonsberg was held from April 12 to May 4, 2025. For three weeks, the restaurants of Senale-San Felice, Proveis, and Lauregno offered spring dishes based on dandelions, accompanied by farmers' markets, botanical hikes, and workshops dedicated to wild herbs.

In the 2025 edition, the dandelion festival enlivened the Deutschnonsberg plateau with a calendar full of events. Among these were Saturday afternoon farmers' markets (April 19 and May 3, from 2 PM to 5 PM), a workshop with herb expert Anita Oberhauser dedicated to preparing ointments, creams, and tinctures based on dandelions, and a guided botanical hike with herbalist Angelika Greiter to discover dandelions and other spring herbs. Participating restaurants dedicated their menus to dandelion-based specialties.
