Edition 2025 — Longevity Festival Capalbio

In 2026, the Longevity Festival debuted in Capalbio as a traveling format, but its roots lie in the Vatican Longevity Summit, the international summit on longevity promoted within the Vatican. The first edition of the summit was held in March 2025, laying the foundations for the ethical and scientific debate that now reaches Italian squares with the festival.

The Longevity Festival of Capalbio did not yet have its own edition in 2025: the traveling project was born in 2026. Its origins, however, date back to the Vatican Longevity Summit, the first international summit on longevity held in March 2025. From that exchange between scientists, scholars, and bioethicists, the idea—developed by the International Institute of Neurobioethics—was born to take the theme of healthy and holistic longevity out of academic settings and into communities. It is this path that led, the following year, to the birth of the festival and its first stage in Capalbio, Tuscany.
