Edition 2025 — Lo Pan Ner – Lignod
The 2025 edition of Lo Pan Ner, the tenth of the major cross-border festival, took place on October 18 and 19, 2025. In Ayas, the historic Lignod oven was relit along with about forty ovens in the Aosta Valley, during a weekend that united the Alps from Piedmont to Lombardy (Bergamo, Brescia, Sondrio, Varese) and further into Switzerland (Val Poschiavo, Valais) and France (Parc des Bauges). Visitors could witness the baking of black rye bread, purchase freshly baked bread and local products, and participate in the entertainment and convivial moments that characterize this shared tradition.
