Lo Pan Ner - The Breads of the Alps (Introd)

In 2025, the municipality of Introd took part in Lo Pan Ner - I pani delle Alpi on the weekend of October 18-19, with the village ovens — Maison Bruil and Norat hamlet — lit for baking rye black bread. The Aosta Valley edition of the cross-border festival saw the participation of dozens of municipalities, dozens of active ovens, and hundreds of volunteers, networked with the Alpine territories of Lombardy, Piedmont, the Canton of Grisons and Valais in Switzerland, and Savoy in France. An event that, year after year, strengthens the bond of the Introd community with the Alpine and peasant culture of bread.
