Edition 2025 — Living Via Crucis

The 2025 edition of the Living Via Crucis was held on Sunday, April 13, Palm Sunday, starting at 3:30 PM. The performance, inspired by the Gospel of Luke and directed by Sergio Catania, involved about 200 actors, including adults and children, transforming the village streets into an open-air theater and drawing thousands of faithful.

The performance, inspired by the Gospel of Luke and directed by Sergio Catania, featured about 200 actors along the streets of the historic center of San Salvatore di Fitalia. In the morning, at 11:30 AM, the procession with Saint Calogero, the local patron saint, and Saint Anthony of Padua took place. The event, supported by the SS. Salvatore and Santa Maria Parish with Father Placido and the municipal administration led by Mayor Giuseppe Pizzolante, confirmed its role as a flagship event of Holy Week in the Nebrodi.
