Edition 2025 — Via Crucis of Aspra

The 34th edition of the Living Via Crucis of Aspra took place on Saturday, April 12, 2025, starting at 8:00 PM from Piazza Monsignor Cipolla. Numerous performers, faithful, and residents of the fishing village interpreted the stations of the Passion of Christ along the seafront, in a moment of intense spirituality included in the Easter program of Bagheria.

The 34th edition of the Living Via Crucis of Aspra was held on Saturday, April 12, 2025, at 8:00 PM, starting from Piazza Monsignor Cipolla, in the fishing village of Bagheria. The re-enactment transformed the seaside village into a setting of profound spirituality.

Numerous performers, including faithful and residents of Aspra, interpreted the stations of Jesus' painful journey toward the crucifixion. The event, part of the 2025 Easter program of the city of Bagheria, was organized by the Associazione Passio Christi in collaboration with the Parrocchia Maria SS. Addolorata di Aspra. The Mayor, Filippo Maria Tripoli, and the President of the City Council, Andrea Sciortino, took part in the performance.
