Edition 2025 — Living Passion

In 2025, during the Easter period, the community of Vallecorsa renewed the tradition of the Living Passion. The historic center of the Ciociaria village transformed into a small Jerusalem, with actors in period costumes engaged in the scenes of the Passion of Christ, from the Last Supper to the Crucifixion, before hundreds of faithful and visitors.

The 2025 edition of the Living Passion in Vallecorsa took place as per tradition during Holy Week, in the historic center of the village in the province of Frosinone. The performance, organized by the local community, retraced the most intense moments of the Passion of Christ: the Last Supper, the Garden of Gethsemane, the trial, the Via Crucis through the alleys and stone staircases, and the Crucifixion.

Amidst torches, period costumes, and sets arranged in the most evocative corners of the town, the event confirmed its character as a collective ritual deeply rooted in the religious and cultural identity of Vallecorsa, attracting faithful and tourists from all over southern Lazio.
