8th edition of the Living Nativity of Pollina

The eighth edition of the Living Nativity of the Pollina Community was held on December 26, 27, and 28, 2025, from 3:30 PM to 8:00 PM, once again transforming the historic center of the Madonie village into an ancient Bethlehem. The route, with its 42 scenes, led visitors on a guided tour of about two hours through the alleys, churches, and buildings of the village.

The ticket, costing €10 for adults and €7 for children aged 5 to 10 (free for those under 4), included seven typical tastings — including pane cunzato, fresh tuma cheese, warm ricotta, mulled wine, and the famous manna beer — as well as two performances and the shuttle service. As every year, the success of the event was made possible thanks to the voluntary commitment of the entire Pollina community and the collaboration of local schools.
