Edition 2025 — Casteldaccia Living Nativity

On 20 December 2025, the centre of Casteldaccia hosted its Living Nativity, set up in the heart of the village. The reenactment of the Nativity transformed the streets of the village into a journey through costumed actors, scenes of rural life, and ancient crafts, becoming a moment of gathering for the entire community in the spirit of the Sicilian Christmas.

The 2025 edition of the Living Nativity of Casteldaccia took place on 20 December 2025 in the village centre, in the province of Palermo. Set up in the heart of Casteldaccia, the event became a true hub of gathering, a moment when the community came together to celebrate the Christmas spirit.

Along the route, visitors were able to admire the reenactment of the Nativity with the Holy Family, the shepherds, and the traditional workshops of ancient crafts, immersed in the atmosphere of a Sicilian Christmas made of lights, scents, and popular traditions. The event confirmed the village's strong bond with this representation, which is deeply felt by the citizens and appreciated by visitors from neighbouring towns.
