Live in Quartaccio

On May 9, 2025, Live in Quartaccio brought the Quartaccio district in Rome's 14th Municipality to life with a day dedicated to participatory urban regeneration. Promoted by ZIP Zone APS in collaboration with InterazioniUrbane and supported by the Periferiacapitale program of the Fondazione Charlemagne, the event engaged students, children, and residents in rediscovering the neighborhood's identity-defining spaces.

The program, based at the Andersen school, alternated the "Moving Agorà" walk, a tactical urbanism intervention with students, the presentation of the project and the community mapping "Mapp(In)Quarta", the theater workshop "I wanted to be wild", and the dance performance "Cosmic Dances" in Piazza del Colonnato, closing with a traveling play area. A stage of the journey that would lead, in 2026, to the great festival at Parco Fratelli Grimm.
