Liturgical Feast of Saint Bernardino of Siena

The 2025 edition of the Feast of Saint Bernardino of Siena reaffirmed the strong bond between the community of San Marco in Lamis and its Saint. In the days leading up to the feast, the novena — also animated by the Archconfraternity of the Seven Sorrows — brought together parishioners and citizens in the Church of Saint Bernardino.

On May 20, the solemn evening Eucharistic celebration and the procession with the statue of the Saint were the central moments of the day, with the participation of the entire San Bernardino – Maria SS. Addolorata pastoral community. The feast, as per tradition, combined liturgical reflection with the conviviality of the Gargano village, in the spirit of local flavors and rituals.
