The Castle of Monastero Bormida hosted the Literature Show on Saturday, May 24, and Sunday, May 25, 2025, an event that blended culture, art, and entertainment in the medieval manor of the Langa Astigiana. The festival brought together over fifty writers, more than ten musicians, and numerous painters.
The format, conceived by Mario Andrea Morbelli, featured widespread literary salons in three different areas of the castle: small groups of authors gathered simultaneously, accompanied by musicians and theatrical moments. The days were hosted by Valentina Reggio, Erica Gigli, and Maria Grazia Arnaldo. There was no shortage of readings, art exhibitions, creative workshops, local crafts, and food and wine. Admission was free, with gates opening on Saturday at 2:30 PM.
