Edition 2025 — Liguria Flavors Boissano

In 2025, the Liguria Flavors Festival filled the Sagra Area in Via Marici in Boissano for four evenings. The Pro Loco offered the great classics of zero-km Ligurian cuisine—from trofie al pesto to pansoti, from spit-roasted chicken to brandacujun—with music and dancing every evening, confirming the festival as one of the prime gastronomic events of the Savona spring.

The 2025 edition of the Liguria Flavors Festival confirmed the formula of four evenings dedicated to the cuisine of the Ponente region. The Pro Loco Boissano stands served trofie al pesto, pansoti, vegetable pies, spit-roasted chicken, brandacujun, and typical desserts, accompanied by Ligurian wines. Every evening, music and dancing enlivened the Sagra Area in Via Marici, while the shuttle service facilitated the arrival of numerous visitors from the coast and the hinterland. The event was already listed among the appointments of the Authentic Ligurian Events calendar.
