Edition 2025 — Liguria Dishes Festival
In 2025, the Liguria Dishes Festival of Sant'Ermete brought the famous Cappon Magro by starred chef Giuse Ricchebuono and regional traditional specialties to the table, confirming the formula that combines village festival and haute cuisine in the hinterland of Vado Ligure.
The 2025 edition of the Liguria Dishes Festival confirmed the success of the formula in the hamlet of Sant'Ermete. The Cappon Magro by starred chef Giuse Ricchebuono was the main attraction, alongside other traditional dishes.
Organized by S.M.S. Diritto e Doveri, the festival attracted gourmets from the coast and the Savona hinterland, combining gastronomic quality and conviviality.
