Life Beyond Life Film Festival

Fifth edition (2025)

The fifth edition of the Life Beyond Life Film Festival spanned five days, from March 29 to April 2, 2025, with a traveling program across three locations in the Turin area. The opening took place on March 29 at the Auditorium of Pino Torinese (Piazza Maria Montessori), continuing at the Cine Teatro Gobetti in San Mauro Torinese and concluding on April 2 at the Cinema Classico in Turin.

The program featured 38 films distributed across the three venues, representing twenty countries from five continents, with a strong presence of American, British, and Iranian works with a marked anthropological character. Among the awarded titles: the Belgian short film It Burns by Kate Maveau, the American short As Easy as Closing Your Eyes by Parker Croft, and the Japanese feature film The Afterlife Photo by Tatsuaki Mizoi.
