Edition 2025 — Leonhardiritt

The 2025 edition of the Leonhardiritt, the 25th, took place on Saturday, November 8th, and Sunday, November 9th, in San Leonardo, a hamlet of Badia/Abtei. As per tradition, Saturday evening opened the celebrations with Ladin music and gastronomy in the festival tent, while Sunday featured the solemn mass, the Ladin valleys equestrian parade, and the Oswald von Wolkenstein Ritt Show.

Leonhardiritt 2025: the 25th edition

The 25th edition of the Rait de San Linert was held on November 8 and 9, 2025, in San Leonardo, in the municipality of Badia/Abtei (Alta Badia). On Saturday evening, the festival tent hosted live Ladin music and local culinary specialties. On Sunday, the program featured a morning solemn mass, followed by the evocative parade of Haflinger and Noriker horses, decorated carriages, brass bands, and groups in traditional costumes from all the Ladin valleys and South Tyrol. In the afternoon, the Oswald von Wolkenstein Ritt Show saw teams compete for the Leonardi Trophy, once again confirming the event as one of the most beloved autumn appointments in Alta Badia.
