Le Vie dei Tesori 2025 in Carini

For its fifth edition, Le Vie dei Tesori returned to Carini on the weekends from September 20 to October 5, 2025 (September 20-21, 27-28, and October 4-5). Many sites were open for visits, from the recently restored early Christian mosaic of Prince De Spuches to the Serpotta-style oratories and the Church of the Agonizzanti with its Rococo splendor, the crypt and colatoi, and the massive catacomb complex of Villagrazia di Carini.

Among the highlights of the edition were the Church of San Vito, closed since the 1990s and reopened with its parish museum and the patron saint's statue, and the restored summer residence of the La Grua barons. Visitors could also explore the Roccazzello urban park with its 16th-century open-air church, the Francesco Scavo Library in the Carmine cloister, Villa Belvedere, and the Targa Florio Museum. Among the most popular experiences were the "sound" walks among monumental organs, sunset boat trips, and yoga and pilates sessions by the sea. Access was managed via coupons (€18 for 10 visits, €10 for 4 visits, €3 for a single entry). The festival, organized by the Fondazione Le Vie dei Tesori, confirmed Carini's appeal as a destination for autumn cultural tourism in Sicily.
