Edition 2025 — Le Mura in Festa

On January 4, 2025, Le Mura in Festa brought the historic center of Soleto, in the Grecìa Salentina, to life for one of its most well-attended winter editions. The village's three main squares hosted concerts and musical sets, while food stalls from local historic businesses and artisanal spirit tastings lined the alleys. The Befana House for children was also featured, creating a festive atmosphere of art, music, and Salento flavors.

The January 4, 2025 edition

Organized by the Artelica Association in collaboration with the Municipality of Soleto, the January 4, 2025 edition of Le Mura in Festa took place from 7:30 PM until midnight in the historic center of the Griko town, in the Province of Lecce.

The three main squares of the village served as stages for a varied musical program, featuring Salento Son, the Johnny Cash Experience, the Filini Guitars band, and a vinyl set by Cleopatra Sound. Along the alleys, food stalls managed by Soleto's historic local businesses offered traditional dishes, accompanied by spirit tastings from the Gecogin and Il giardino sotto il naso companies.

For the little ones, the Befana House was set up to mark the end of the holiday season. It has become a staple of the Soleto winter calendar, successfully blending music, culture, and gastronomy within the village's ancient walls.

Programme

From 7:30 PM to midnight, concerts and musical sets alternated across the three main squares of the historic center: Salento Son, the Johnny Cash Experience, the Filini Guitars band, and a vinyl set by Cleopatra Sound. Along the village streets, food stalls managed by Soleto's historic local businesses offered tastings of spirits by Gecogin and Il giardino sotto il naso. The Befana House was available for children.
