Edition 2025 — Birre della Merla

The 2025 edition of Le Birre della Merla took place from January 31 to February 2 at Cascina Capanna in Montegioco (AL). The winter festival by Birrificio Montegioco featured bold craft beers with four guest breweries and hearty cuisine to face the coldest days of the year in Val Grue.

Le Birre della Merla 2025

From January 31 to February 2, 2025, Cascina Capanna in Montegioco, in the province of Alessandria, hosted a new edition of Le Birre della Merla, the winter festival of Birrificio Montegioco. As per tradition, the beer service was set up outdoors under a marquee during the coldest days of the year, with heated indoor rooms available to the public.

The 2025 edition featured four guest breweries alongside the house beers from Montegioco: Birra OV, Croce di Malto, Alder, and Birrificio Italiano. Quality cuisine, with hearty, seasonal dishes, completed the offering in a convivial atmosphere that attracts enthusiasts from all over Italy every year.
