Edition 2025 — Lavender Festival of Airole
In 2025 too, the Lavender Festival enlivened a mid-July Sunday in Airole, with the distillation of the essence in an antique still and the re-enactment of ancient crafts in the village's main square. The craft and food market completed a day dedicated to the peasant traditions of the Val Roia.
The 2025 edition of the Lavender Festival in Airole re-proposed its core identity: the live distillation of lavender essence in the vintage still, the true attraction of the event. Around this ancient gesture, the village set up the re-enactment of ancient crafts and the craft and food market, on a day celebrating the rural culture of the Imperia hinterland and the village's connection with the cultivation of aromatic herbs.
