LatteforMaggio - Scalenghe Dairy Fair

The fifth edition of LatteforMaggio brought Scalenghe, in the Province of Turin, to life from May 9th to 11th, 2025. The event highlighted the entire milk supply chain, from stable to table, supporting the work of local farms, breeders, and processors in the Piedmont region. Among the most appreciated activities, the Open Farm Days allowed visitors to enter production facilities and observe the daily life of rural work up close, while cheesemaking demonstrations revealed the steps of transforming milk into cheese. To complete the program, gastronomic evenings with music and street food were designed as moments of meeting and conviviality for the entire community.
