Edition 2025 — Latsch Krampusschaulauf

In 2025, the Latsch Krampusschaulauf did not take place: the Latscher Tuifl event had been on hiatus for several years. The last major gathering dated back to the mid-2010s, and the return of the event was only announced for November 14, 2026. During the years of the break, the Tuifl tradition in Laces remained alive primarily through the Saint Nicholas parade during Advent.

No edition in 2025

The Latsch Krampusschaulauf, in the Vinschgau Valley (Autonomous Province of Bolzano, Trentino-South Tyrol), did not take place in 2025. The great gathering of the Latscher Tuifl had been on hiatus for several years, and its return was scheduled for November 14, 2026, after about an eight-year break. During this period, the Tuifl culture continued in the village, particularly through the annual Saint Nicholas and Krampus parade in early December. The gathering, however, represents the most impressive event, with dozens of groups from South Tyrol, Austria, and Switzerland.
